The Carers Centre B&NES is based at The Woodlands, Lower Bristol Road, Bath BA2 9ES and supports unpaid carers across Bath and North East Somerset. The practical support helpline 0800 0388 885 runs Monday to Friday, 9am-1pm. The team offers wellbeing cafes, craft groups, walking groups, finance and energy advice, care-home transition support and bereavement help, plus dedicated young carer and parent carer programmes. Carers can join online or be referred by a professional.
