Independent charity supporting unpaid adult and young carers across Brighton & Hove.
The Carers Centre Brighton and Hove is at 1a Isetta Square, 35 New England Street (BN1 4GQ), open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. The charity has supported unpaid carers since 1988 and is lead partner in the local Carers Hub. Adult services include information, practical help and emotional support, coffee mornings, bereaved carers groups and book clubs. Young carers programmes offer breaks, confidence building and peer networks for those aged 6 to 17. Self-referral is available by phone on 01273 746 222.
