Free support, advice and respite for unpaid carers in Portsmouth.
The Carers Centre Portsmouth is at 117 Orchard Road in Southsea (PO4 0AD), with the front door on Francis Avenue. Hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm. The service supports unpaid carers caring for someone living in postcodes PO1 to PO6 with financial advice, training, adult mental health and emotional support, carer supported self-assessments and a young carers programme. The building has wheelchair access, an accessible toilet, three rooms for hire and a kitchen for groups or cookery lessons. Phone 023 9285 1864.
