Sociable wellbeing walk for unpaid carers run by Carers First at Belfairs Wildlife Centre.
The Carers First Belfairs Wellbeing Walk gives carers from Southend a chance to take physical and mental wellbeing time out, meeting Carers First staff and other carers for a 2-3 mile sociable walk on the last Tuesday of the month, followed by simple wellbeing activities.
