Commissioned countywide service for unpaid carers aged 16+ offering advice, peer groups, training and statutory carers assessments.
Carers First delivers the Lincolnshire Carers Service in partnership with Lincolnshire County Council. They support unpaid carers aged 16 and over who look after a family member or friend, offering emotional and practical advice, statutory carers assessments, money workshops, and the four-week Caring Confidently programme. Local groups cover yoga, walking, art, cookery and male carer meet-ups, plus support for young adult carers and former carers. Support is available online, by phone and face-to-face countywide.
