Free support for unpaid carers of all ages across Bedfordshire - advice, peer groups, training, breaks and emotional support.
Carers in Bedfordshire is a long-standing local charity supporting more than 14,000 unpaid carers across Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire from Unit 153 Bedford Heights, Manton Lane, Bedford. The helpline 0300 111 1919 connects carers with trained workers offering one-to-one support, Carers Grants for breaks, peer groups, training, dementia-specific help and on-site liaison at Bedford Hospital and Luton and Dunstable University Hospital. Young carers aged 18 and under are supported separately through Young Carers Bedford.
