Carers in Hertfordshire is a free service for anyone who lives, works or cares in the county, reached on 01992 58 69 69. They offer information, advice and bereavement support, free training and workshops on topics like resilience and boundaries, peer groups, advocacy through Have your say, and the Carers Passport discount card. Practical breaks are arranged through Crossroads Caring for Life in Stevenage and North Herts, and Care by Us elsewhere. The bi-annual Carewaves newsletter shares updates.
