Carers MK provides free, confidential support to unpaid carers from age 8 upwards in Milton Keynes. Experienced support workers offer 1-1 conversations by phone, in the office or at home, plus support groups, specialist training, social events, emotional support, advocacy and relaxation treatments. The charity supports adult carers, parent carers, young adult carers and young carers caring for family or friends due to illness, disability, mental ill-health or addiction.
