Carers of Barking and Dagenham is based at 334 Heathway, Dagenham RM10 8NJ (020 8593 4422, carers@carerscentre.org.uk). It supports unpaid carers of all ages through Family Services, Adult Services, Dementia Services, a separate Young Carers service and the borough SENDIASS information, advice and support line. Other help includes welfare benefits advice, peer support groups, training, mental health support, Carers Smart and Carers at Work programmes, and assistance is available in alternative formats and languages on request.
