Free support, advocacy and breaks for unpaid adult carers in South Tees.
Carers Together delivers an Adult Carers Information and Support Service for unpaid carers aged 18+ across Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland. The team advocates in meetings, helps with welfare rights, runs counselling, arranges a Carers Emergency Card and offers carers breaks. Carers caring for someone in hospital also get help. The Middlesbrough base is at Parkview Medical Centre on Marton Road.
