Free support, advocacy and breaks for unpaid carers in Redcar & Cleveland.
Carers Together provides information, advice and practical support to unpaid carers across Redcar & Cleveland from offices at the Innovation Centre in Kirkleatham. The team helps carers with welfare rights, counselling, an Emergency Card, hospital liaison and breaks. Many carers are looking after a relative with dementia, a long-term condition or mental health issues. The aim is to keep carers well so they can sustain their caring role.
