Carers UK supports unpaid carers across the UK with a free advice helpline, online Carers Connect community, magazine and Zoom peer support sessions.

Carers UK is the national charity for unpaid carers. The free Helpline 0808 808 7777 is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm including bank holidays. Advisers cover benefits, Carers Allowance, working and caring, Carers Assessments, technology and rights. Free membership includes Carers Connect online community, quarterly Caring magazine, Care for a Cuppa Zoom sessions and Share and Learn workshops. Open to anyone aged 16 and over caring unpaid for a family member or friend anywhere in the UK.
