Carers Voice Norfolk and Waveney is an independent charity that empowers unpaid carers to shape local services as experts through lived experience. Members receive a monthly newsletter, get involved in co-producing policies and join locality meetings. Programmes include the Carers Identity Passport (with a version for young carers), learning and wellness initiatives, and strategy and advocacy work. It works alongside Carers Matter Norfolk, which provides personalised support on 0800 083 1148.
