Carlisle Eden Mind delivers a range of mental health services across Carlisle and Eden. The Lighthouse is an evening crisis support drop-in in Carlisle, You in Mind provides one-to-one crisis support, and community groups bring people together for peer support. The Your Voice service supports children and young people through advocacy, and the charity also runs Mental Health First Aid, suicide prevention and workplace wellbeing training. All services are free, confidential and recovery-focused.
