Surrey charity providing free mental health, drug and alcohol, counselling and Safe Haven support for adults.
Catalyst Support is a Surrey charity reachable on 01483 590 150 or by text on 07909 631623. Mental health services include Safe Havens crisis support (in person and online without appointment), wellbeing groups, GP-based mental health referrals offering 30-minute consultations by phone, video or at the surgery, and one-to-one recovery support. Catalyst Counselling offers up to 24 weeks of confidential sessions. Other work covers drug and alcohol services, the Womens Support Centre for domestic abuse, the LGBTQ+ Outline service, Surrey Cuckooing outreach and the Shifa Network.
