Community Care North Bucks (CCNB) is a registered charity (number 1172135) supporting vulnerable residents across North Buckinghamshire under the tagline Together we care. The team runs six main programmes: a Young Carers Youth Club for ages 6 to 19, a GP-referred hospital car service to medical appointments, Adult Carers support, Open House social meetings, Men in Sheds Buckingham and the Buckingham AED defibrillator awareness project.
