Change Grow Live runs the Horizon Suite, the substance misuse service for adults in Middlesbrough. They offer confidential one-to-one support, structured treatment for drug and alcohol use, harm reduction, needle exchange, peer-led recovery workshops and family support. Young people whose parents use drugs or alcohol also get help. Self-referrals and professional referrals are accepted by phone or online.
