Change Grow Live Stockton Recovery Service supports over 1,700 adults living in Stockton-on-Tees affected by drug and alcohol use. The team offers assessment, structured treatment, harm reduction, needle exchange, peer-led recovery workshops and support for young people whose parents are using. Skinner Street is the main base. Self-referrals are accepted via phone, freephone or email.
