Chapter is a West Cheshire charity supporting adults aged 18+ with mental ill health. Services include one-to-one support, group activities, wellbeing workshops, a telephone listening service and professional mental health training for local groups and employers. Chapter supports the full range of need from common low mood and anxiety through to people with serious mental illness diagnoses, giving hope, connections and skills to manage their own wellbeing.
