Family Hub supporting children and families 0-19 in Chelmsford with parenting, health and wellbeing services.
Chelmsford Central Family Hub supports children, young people and families across Chelmsford District, with teams of health visitors, school nurses, wellbeing nurses and support practitioners. It offers groups, learning through play and advice on child development, infant feeding, sleep, behaviour, school readiness and SEND, including drop-in sessions and bookable activities such as Antenatal Infant Feeding and Introducing Solids. It is on the lower ground floor of County Hall, Market Road, Chelmsford CM1 1QH (opposite Chelmsford Library), open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
