Central Chelmsford library offering Warm Welcomes, social activities and signposting alongside traditional library services.
Chelmsford Library is part of the Essex Library Service and is located at County Hall, Market Road, Chelmsford. As well as books, e-books and audiobooks, computer access and free Wi-Fi, the library acts as a Warm Welcome space and runs a programme of community events including children's storytimes, study groups and pop-up sessions. Joining is free; the contact centre is on 0345 603 7628 (Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm). Online services include reservations, account renewals and a 24-hour automated renewals line.
