Peer support and social club for stroke survivors and carers in Chelmsford with weekly meetings and hot meal.
Chelmsford and Districts Stroke Club is a registered charity (1095152) providing facilities and social opportunities for people who have had a stroke and helping them and their families re-adjust after stroke. The club meets at the Kathy Mapes Centre, Cottage Place, Chelmsford on alternate Wednesday evenings 7.30-9.30pm and as a Saturday morning drop-in from 10am-2.30pm where a hot meal is available. Membership is free and open to anyone who has had a stroke - slight or severe - along with their partners, family, carers or friends.
