Chetwood Family Hub is a delivery site of Chelmsford Central Family Hub at Shirebourn Vale, off Gandalf's Ride, South Woodham Ferrers (CM3 5ZX), supporting children and families aged 0-19 (or up to 25 with SEND). Run by HCRG Care Group in partnership with Barnardo's, the hub offers behaviour support, child development, sleep advice, infant feeding, school readiness, healthy lifestyles, emotional wellbeing, early SEND support and peer support.
