ChildLine is the NSPCC's free, confidential 24/7 helpline for children and young people under 19 in the UK, with phone, online chat, email and app support.
ChildLine is the UKs free, confidential helpline for children and young people under 19, run by the NSPCC. Counsellors are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week on 0800 1111, or by 1-2-1 online chat, email and the ChildLine website and app. Issues can include bullying, abuse, mental health, family problems, school worries and online safety. Calls do not appear on phone bills. Counsellors keep things confidential unless a child is in immediate danger.
