The Adviceline 0800 144 8848 is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Welsh-language line 0800 702 2020). Local Citizens Advice offices across England and Wales offer in-person and phone appointments, and there are online webchat and self-help guides. Open to anyone in the UK with no eligibility test. Not available on public holidays.
