Citizens Advice Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole offers free, impartial help by phone, email, webchat and face to face. The team administers the Crisis Resilience Fund on behalf of BCP Council to support vulnerable households, and runs Advice for Family Carers sessions every second Wednesday with Leonardo Carer Support.
