Citizens Advice Birmingham runs a free Adviceline on 0808 278 7990, open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 4.30pm, for anyone living or working in the city. Topics covered include welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment, immigration, consumer and family issues, tax and bereavement. A dedicated GP outreach team offers fast-track appointments at local surgeries and health centres and delivers financial capability sessions to frontline workers.
