Citizens Advice Croydon is a local independent charity offering free, confidential advice to anyone living, working or studying in the borough. Advisers help with welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment, energy bills and consumer issues by phone, online or by appointment. A drop-in advice session runs at the Trussell Trust Advice Hub at St Albans Church, 1 Whitehorse Lane, SE25 6RD, every Thursday 11am-1pm, with further outreach at the Croydon North East Community Hub once a month.
