Citizens Advice East Lancashire was created in 2023 when Burnley & Pendle CA merged with Rossendale & Hyndburn CA. They offer free confidential advice on welfare benefits, debt, housing, energy and consumer issues through phone, WhatsApp, online and face-to-face appointments. The charity has four offices at Stubbylee Hall in Bacup, the New Era Centre in Accrington, Every Street in Nelson and the Calico Building in Burnley town centre.
