Citizens Advice Essex, in partnership with UK Power Networks, offers a free comprehensive energy advice service for residents across Essex and Thurrock. Advisers perform benefit checks to maximise income, access grants and emergency fuel payments, provide energy efficiency advice and triage to other specialist energy teams where needed. Available to anyone in Essex and Thurrock experiencing energy bill difficulties, fuel poverty or seeking to reduce energy costs.
