The phone line 020 3166 0953 is staffed Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9am-4pm, with a callback voicemail and online booking slots released fortnightly. A face-to-face drop-in runs Tuesday mornings at the Hook Centre on a first-come basis. The bureau is part of KIAA, the Kingston Information and Advice Alliance of over 70 local agencies.
