Citizens Advice Liverpool offers free, confidential and independent advice to anyone living or working in Liverpool. Trained advisers help with benefits including Universal Credit, debt and money problems, housing and homelessness, employment, immigration and EU settled status. Help is available by freephone, WhatsApp, online webchat and through drop-in outreaches at community centres across the city including Speke, Picton and Norris Green. A specialist debt line and dedicated Universal Credit helpline are also available.
