Citizens Advice Luton is an independent local charity serving anyone who lives, works or studies in Luton. Free, confidential advice on benefits, housing, debt, family and work is reached via the Adviceline 0808 278 7847 or in person at Community House. The bureau holds the Advice Quality Standard accreditation and is FCA-regulated. In 2025-26 they have already supported 11,047 people with 38,595 issues and helped clients gain 2.4 million in additional income, working alongside Luton Law Centre and Luton Foodbank.
