Citizens Advice North Hertfordshire provides free, confidential and impartial advice from offices in Hitchin and Letchworth for people living in the North Herts district. Trained generalist advisers and specialist caseworkers help with debt, money, benefits and Universal Credit, housing, employment, immigration, family and consumer issues. Appointments are available by phone, online or in person, with home visits for people unable to travel. Help is accessed via the Hertfordshire Adviceline.
