Citizens Advice Reading is based at Minster Street, RG1 2JB, on 0118 952 3060 and email advice at citizensadvicereading.org. Telephone and face to face appointments run Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm, with information drop-ins Tuesday and Wednesday 10am to 12.30pm and Thursday 10am to 3.30pm. Three full time, eight part time staff and 75 volunteers cover housing, welfare benefits, money and debt, consumer and employment, with specialist debt and welfare benefits help. Other languages include French, German, Polish, Romanian and Thai, plus Language Line and BSL.
