Citizens Advice Redbridge is an independent charity for borough residents and workers, based at Redbridge Central Library, Clements Road, Ilford. There is no drop-in service; advisers help by phone on 0808 278 7872 weekdays 9am to 5pm, and Universal Credit support runs on 0800 144 8444. A discreet soundproof debt booth on the librarys ground floor offers in-person debt advice. Trained volunteers from diverse backgrounds cover benefits, housing, work, family, health and immigration.
