Advice is offered by phone Mon-Fri 9am-4pm and weekday evenings 6-9pm, by email, online and at outreach venues including Langworthy Cornerstone, Pendleton Gateway and community hubs. Specialist debt and welfare benefits casework is available for people in financial crisis. PCN link workers and Mind in Salford routinely refer.
