Citizens Advice Sheffield is one of the biggest local Citizens Advice services in the UK, serving over 20,000 people each year. They give free, confidential advice on welfare benefits, Universal Credit, debt, housing, family issues, employment, consumer rights and immigration. Advice is available by phone, online or in person at drop-in centres including Howden House, Firth Park, Jordanthorpe, Lowedges, Manor Park, Tinsley Forum, Zest and Pakistan Muslim Centre. A dedicated Deaf Advice Team uses BSL.
