Citizens Advice Shropshire has its main offices in Shrewsbury and Oswestry, with the freephone Shropshire Adviceline on 0808 278 7894 Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, free from mobiles and landlines. A textphone service runs on 18001 0800 144 8884 and a specialist debt team can be reached on 01743 280019. Offices do not run drop-ins, but face to face appointments can be booked via the Adviceline. After a 2023 service review the Ludlow office did not reopen, and south Shropshire is now served by outreach and telephone advice.
