Citizens Advice Trafford is delivered by the Stockport, Oldham, Rochdale and Trafford (SORT) group and is the main free advice service for Trafford residents. The Sale office at Waterside Plaza is the headquarters, with hubs at Altrincham, Stretford Public Hall and Urmston Library. Advisers help with money, debt, welfare benefits, housing, employment, consumer and immigration issues. The phone adviceline runs Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm and specialist debt and benefits casework is available to people facing crisis.
