Citizens Advice Southampton is based at 14 to 15 Brunswick Place, SO15 2AQ, with Adviceline on 0808 27 87 863 and an online chatbot. As well as benefits, debt, housing and welfare, the team runs specialist projects for unpaid carers, people living with cancer or multiple sclerosis, Ukrainian arrivals, money worries and emergency support through a Crisis and Resilience Fund. In 2024 advisers supported 8,316 clients with 32,736 problems, secured 6.3 million pounds in income and gave emergency help to 2,166 people.
