Citizens Advice St Helens provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. Specialists cover benefits, debt and money, employment and housing. A Money Advice Drop In runs every Wednesday 10am to 12pm at their office, plus weekly debt drop ins at Crownway Community Centre. Most appointments begin with a phone triage on the General Enquiries Line, with follow up over phone or in person. A free national Adviceline is also available.
