Citizens Advice Staffordshire North and Stoke on Trent moved its main office in 2025 to Mitchell House off Town Road in Hanley, after thirty years at Advice House. Regular drop-in sessions run in Biddulph, Kidsgrove, Hanley and Newcastle, with hours of Monday 9.30am to 12.30pm, Tuesday 1pm to 4pm, Wednesday 9.30am to 12.30pm and Friday 9.30am to 12.30pm. Phone advice on 0808 278 7876 runs weekdays 9am to 5pm, with closures at Canal Arm at Festival Park and Brindley Court in Newcastle as part of the relocation.
