The Clacton site now runs by appointment only, while drop-in advice continues at outreach centres including Harwich, Frinton and Walton. Advisers cover benefits, debt, energy saving and housing including damp and mould in rented homes, with a Mental Health Recovery Programme and foodbank referrals.
