Citizens Advice York provides free, confidential and impartial advice to people across the city. Trained advisers help with debt, welfare benefits, employment, housing, immigration and discrimination through phone, email, webchat and face-to-face channels. A drop-in service runs Monday mornings 10am-12pm at West Offices with no appointment needed. The Phone Adviceline operates Monday to Thursday 10am-4pm. The service is independent and free at the point of use.
