Free weekly mental-health football session in Colchester for adults aged 18+ run by Colchester United Community Foundation.
Colchester United Community Foundation works across four programme areas: sports participation, education, health and wellbeing, and inclusion. It runs Team Talk, a free mental-health football session for adults 18+, plus Senior Us for retirement-age adults, a disability sport programme and the Premier League Players Project for 16 to 26 year olds not in education or work. The Foundation books summer holiday camps, regular sessions and facility hire at the Shrub End Community Sports Centre and delivers Premier League Primary Stars in local schools.

Not suitable for: Each programme has its own age criteria. Team Talk and Senior U's are for adults; under-18s should use Foundation youth programmes. Sessions can fill up so book in advance.
