Combat Stress is the leading UK charity for veterans mental health. The free 24-hour helpline 0800 138 1619 (text 07537 173683, email helpline@combatstress.org.uk) is open every day of the year to veterans, serving personnel and their families. Specialist clinical treatment is offered for PTSD, complex PTSD, depression, anxiety and moral injury. Other support includes peer groups, welfare guidance and signposting to housing, finance and relationship help. Open to anyone who served in the British Armed Forces, including reservists.
