Volunteer befriending and practical help for isolated, frail or vulnerable adults in Reading.
Communicare provides volunteer-led practical support to housebound, frail or isolated adults in Reading borough: home-visiting befriending, telephone befriending, shopping help, transport to medical and social appointments and small DIY/gardening jobs. The service is free at point of use and aims to reduce loneliness and help people remain independent at home.
