Community Campus 87 provides supported housing in Hartlepool for adults aged 16+ who are homeless or in housing need. The team provides accommodation alongside one-to-one support with budgeting, benefits, life skills, mental health and education. Most residents stay for up to two years, with move-on support into independent tenancies. Referrals are taken from Hartlepool Borough Council and partner agencies.
