Mid Sussex infrastructure charity supporting local voluntary groups and running community spaces in Burgess Hill and Haywards Heath.
Community People, formerly Mid Sussex Voluntary Action, supports over 500 voluntary groups across Mid Sussex with free one-to-one advice, training, networking forums, room hire and a volunteer matching database. They run two community hubs, The Cherry Tree Centre at Fairfield Road in Burgess Hill and Bentswood @34. Membership is free and gives access to job listings, food and family support signposting and youth projects, alongside door-knocking community surveys.
